Los docentes rurales frente al uso de las tic en la educación

Resumen
La inclusión de TIC en la Educación es considerada como una estrategia que fortalece el desarrollo educativo. Pero las escuelas ubicadas en zonas rurales presentan condiciones diferentes a sus pares ubicadas en la zona urbana y la brecha digital persiste. Los docentes rurales se enfrentan a condiciones particularmente difíciles para el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. Su distanciamiento de la zona urbana y las condiciones geográficas hacen difícil el acceso a infraestructura tecnológica y la conexión a intemet. Es entonces importante conocer que piensan ellos acerca del uso de estas herramientas en su quehacer pedagógico. Cuáles son los factores lo que afectan su motivación al uso de las TIC en su aula de clase. El presente artículo hace una reflexión producto de una investigación desarrollada donde se estudia la percepción docente frente al uso de TIC. Para el propósito del presente artículo se contextualizada a escuelas rurales que ofrecen el servicio de Educación Básica y Media.
